Not good for me,
For reference, I’m in my fifties with T-zone oiliness, no big wrinkles yet, but fine lines around my eyes and some lines on my forehead I’ve had since my teens.
I’ve been using Cover Girl Tru cream foundation for years, and love it; on my skin, it’s as good as products costing several times more. I get medium+ concealment, it’s neither drying nor oily, blends well into my skin and gives me soft, smooth skin with even tone. I use the color that until recently was called 425 Buff Beige, which blends into my skin color very nicely. The color code was changed on my most recent purchase, though the old coding was still referenced on the bottle.
I bought Liquid Powder also in 425 Buff Beige, thinking “same company, same color.” They are not the same color, the powder being quite a bit yellower and lighter.
The texture of the Liquid Powder is awful: it doesn’t blend into my skin at all, remaining visible in large particles on top of the smooth parts of my skin, and caking in the fine lines around my eyes. There isn’t any coverage to speak of, and no amount of blending makes a difference. It is equally bad whether I’m touching up my foundation or using it on its own.
Poorly designed case. Good product inside.,
… is provided to apply this foundation makes it look like frosting all over my face,
